Tender Psychotherapy /

The name of my practice comes from two spaces. The first is tenderness. Carl Rogers said “It’s an awful risky thing to live.” I couldn’t agree more. To be who we really are & want to be takes courage & a kind strength; A resilient commitment to ourselves & our growth. The second is psychotherapy, which denotes a depth to the work of counseling. It is in these depths I believe we find our understanding & ourselves.
